Partnership with Business Project 2007-2008
Traditionally the Partnership with Business project has been the ideal combination of learning through experience. In essence each year a company is chosen to partner with and the project encompasses a wide variety of business learning opportunities.
The Partnership with Business project this year will be working with Yeboss International Garment Exchange, a Chinese clothing importer. Members have already had the opportunity to design products, and those designs are currently in the process of being ordered and manufactured. Coming up, members will learn about selling to local boutiques and clothing shops. In the process, everyone involved with the project will be able to learn about the international market, travel, and much more. The project will culminate in a fashion show/photo shoot in March, the purpose of which will be to raise money for charity and to publicize Yeboss's name. There are many leadership opportunities available pertaining to the organizing of this event. Meetings are on Wednesdays during Tutorial in Mr. Logie's room.
